Private Yoga sessions face to face or through zoom. Learn yoga practices to relieve stress or anxiety, support your mental health and get strong and fit. We will focus on your needs. Suitable for absolute beginners. I will develop a unique and holistic plan that goes beyond the Yoga Asana.

Welcome to my cozy corner of the world! My name is Shannan and I love travelling, connecting with other beautiful and like-minded souls, music of many genres, global music festivals, markets and coffee. I have a passion for animals, the moon, nature, forests, and caring for our beautiful earth. I eat plant-based for many reasons and feel so much happier and at peace for it! I am a mother to two young and fiercely independent boys and feel so honored to be a guide and mentor along their life journey.

I am a qualified teacher with 350 YTT. I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work and am consistently developing my skills and knowledge, I am also trained in trauma-informed teaching and have specialised skills and passion for mental health aware yoga. I work as a Yoga teacher and have worked as a Mental Health Clinician.
